Groups

Waterman Art Therapy offers art therapy group sessions to support you dealing with various issues. Art therapy groups offer numerous emotional, psychological, and social benefits, including enhanced self-expression, improved metal health, and stronger community bonds, social skill, anger management and peer support.

Couples and Family

Most of us, at some point in our lives, will experience difficulties in our interpersonal relationships. Here at Waterman art therapy, we can help those in couple and families’ relationships work through areas of difficulty in a way which benefits you all.

Our Approach

At Waterman Art Therapy, our approach integrates art materials and words to create a safe and nurturing space for self-exploration and healing. 

Meet Keith Waterman

Keith has 15 plus years’ experience working with children, young people, adults and families in a variety of settings.

Keith is a qualified art therapist trained to master’s level at Florida State University and has a Level 4 Certificate in Counselling Children through Place2Be.

Getting Help

Waterman Art Therapy offers support for a wide range of issues, including addiction, depression, anxiety, bereavement/loss, low self-esteem, and more. We also have experience working with autistic children and the elderly. Click below to explore resources for getting help.
