If you’re looking for a safe space to find and express yourself in a creative way, then Waterman Art Therapy is for you.

 

At times we get stuck, sometimes we just want to understand more, find out more about yourself, your relationships, experiences, behaviours, or our place in the world. You may not always have the words to say what you’re feeling, it can be helpful to explore a different form of communication.

 

There is no need to have any creative talent or be worried about being yourself, at Waterman Art Therapy you just need to have the willingness to have a go and want to change. If you find it hard to talk or express yourself there is a creative way to do it.

 

You can be any age from a young child to elderly adult, all are welcome, there is a space for you to express yourself in the way that is comfortable for you.

 

Being creative is a way to bring out the inner child Waterman Art therapy is a space where you’re free to be yourself in a safe nonjudgmental space. The aim is to be open to improving yourself no matter who you are. Waterman Art therapy is the space for you.

Waterman Art Therapy offers art therapy services, including 1:1, couple, family or group therapy sessions.

Helping support individuals dealing with various issues such as addiction, depression, anxiety, and more. ​​

At Waterman Art Therapy we aim to provide a confidential and supportive environment for self-exploration using art materials and words, helping you work through difficult life issues.

 

Waterman Art Therapy gives comprehensive support for a wide range of issues, including addiction, life-threatening illness, depression, anxiety, bereavement/loss, low self-esteem, and loss of meaning or direction in life. Additionally, Keith has experience working with autistic children and the elderly. 

Waterman Art Therapy  can help with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety and phobias, relationship difficulties, life transitions, difficulties with self-esteem, eating issues, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder, professional/career issues, college/graduate school issues, stress management, attention deficit disorder (ADD), sexual abuse, spirituality, grief, loss, or bereavement, and other issues.
